The Initial consultation is free. We have worked in the Telford and Shropshire area for the last 10 years as well as the wider Midlands region and are familiar with the Local Council requirements.

We can also provide full architect design and project management services following the Royal Institute of British Architects Plan of work stages 1 to 6   from first concept sketches to and handing over the keys. We are independent consultants and work to the RIBA Code of Practice. We also carry professional indemnity insurance.

We will work with you to understand your family needs and aspirations and will not impose a design style. Instead we design to meet you own tastes and ideas and to suit the context and setting. We have over 30 years’ experience of designing traditional dwelling or contemporary eco (energy efficient) homes for ‘Green ‘field land or Urban infill sites.
